Passport to Design is a marriage of several of JoJo Liebeler’s passions: construction, design…and geography!

Since its premier on The Travel Channel in 2003, the show has incorporated homeowner’s vacations and heritage to inspire room re-designs. Construction techniques, design ideas, and cultural information fuel the projects creating a triple-decker treat for viewers..

For instance, one woman of Austrian heritage created an Alpine garden in her back yard. A homeowner’s trip to the Taj Mahal inspired her to build an India princess bedroom for her daughter. From Kenyan wildlife, to 50’s kitsch, Passport to Design packs a tool kit in the suitcase and brings you on a design adventure.

As one of the executive producers and host, JoJo has learned to wear many hats on Passport to Design. She’s enjoys learning about other lands and people’s adventures there, and is proud that each project has featured one-of-a-kind designs.
